I am excited to announce that Ignite Technology and Innovation has partnered with KIVA as a trustee. We look forward to sourcing entrepreneurs and startups for debt financing through Kiva.
One of the most critical deficiencies that exist in the startup ecosystem in under resourced communities is startup capital. We are taking a couple of approaches to trying to tackle these problems. The first is our equity crowdfunding platform the Bluefundrewards.com platform and the second is this relationship with Kiva. We realize that it doesn’t take millions of dollars to jump start a business idea. So the idea that Kiva can lend small amounts of money is a great benefit to communities.
