Ignite Technology , Greater Southwest Development Corp and Garfield Ridge Chamber of Commerce Partner to create Social Media Workshops for Small businesses.
Ignite Technology and Innovation will kickoff a weekly series of Social media Classes starting September 11, 2019. The classes are being done in conjunction with the Greater Southwest Development Corp and the Garfield Ridge Chamber of Commerce.
“The classes are culmination of meetings with Greater Southwest on how we can use our Technology resources and add value to small traditional businesses that may not have the tools needed to be effective online.” says Tracy Powell President of Ignite Technology and Innovation.
The classes will cover all the major social media platforms, Facebook Instagram, Yelp and Google. The classes are being taught by members of the Blue Lacuna community. The classes will be held on the South West side of the city at Crossroads Community Church.
We are hoping to get more funding to create a similar program that can be held at Blue Lacuna Coworking space in the future.
